I think this is beautiful



These pictures are of an albino peacock. It was forwarded to me in the mail. Some commented that it's like a giant snowflake... I'd say it's like a huge cotton candy... (cuz I have yet to see a snowflake, that is.) hehe... but ultimately, this albino peacock is rare and amazingly beautiful!

What a strange looking peacock. I thought peacocks use their colors to attract a mate so it must be tougher for the albino peacock to do so.

The only Albino among all species I've seen that really looks lovely.

I wonder how they relate to other peacocks though. Probably other peacocks get attracted wil because of their strange color:)

OK, now that it's coming from you, I'll concede that it looks like a giant snowflake. hehe

i wonder if peacocks do what chickens do.. you know, in cleaning their feathers, chicken has a built in 'oil pump' somewhere in their rear and that's where they get the oil to groom themselves with their beak... something like that. :)

hi lovelyn, isn't it a looker? so I guess, the uniqueness (i.e. lack of color unlike every other peacocks) of this bird is enough to attract a mate. what do u think? :)

Meron akong nakita na Snow Queen na movie sa video rental, pero di ko pa napapanood. Oo, White Witch ung sa Narnia pero may similarity ung damit niya sa peacock, although talo siya ng peacock of course ;)(Ano ba tong pinagsasabi ko dito? :p)

ADDICTIONS

My addictions are weird but I think these are not unique to me.  I have three addictions and I am very glad that I have overcome one of them, at least for now.   #SUGAR_ADDICT  Over a month ago, I was probably one of the worst sugar/carb addict there is.  Since I was diagnosed with diabetes almost three decades ago, I went into a rollercoaster of dieting and fasting and binge eating.  I would weigh myself, get disgusted with what I see and resolve to eat nothing for a week. I would lose 10kg, then the following week, I would eat all the calories that I restricted myself from and more.  Then in April of last year I tried the ketogenic diet and it was working for a month or so until an aunt commented that I will get all wrinkly and saggy if I lose too much weight and my mind used that statement as an excuse to go back to my standard way of eating which has always left me feeling and looking bloated, inflamed, fat, and ugly.  It also aggravated all my health issues specially w
